Welcome in May 2025, we remind you that on 1th and 3th May are the polish national holidays, so with printing orders we invite you from 5th May 2025, but we will available online on 2th May 2025.

Greetings to all 192 invoiced international FILE TO PRINT Tomasz Siniak & PrintFactory software dealer customers from about 33 world countries to 30th April 2025.

Since March 2025 we are also official PrintFactory software dealer for Poland and Europe with sales territory to: Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Czech, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Portugal, Greece, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary.

On 27 January 2025 and personally during RemaDays Warsaw fairs, the PrintFactory manufacturer was officially notified of unfair competition activities, carried out by strangers, who unlawfully disseminate false, harmful information to both parties.

In addition to our own sales activities, in accordance with the software manufacturer decision from April 2025, we are also continues the previous activities of another familiar Polish distributor, including handling of more than 100 true ProofMaster and PrintFactory’s former and active polish users, their active perpetual and periodic SaaS licenses for the software to specified printing devices, so for us it’s a high challenge and chance to development in the field of software area, perhaps employment of employees in the future.

We demand the arrest of the perpetrators of the multiple crime, the public announcement of criminal sentences in English and Polish, because due to the false information like “to high price”, “he has a ProofMaster seizured”, “he is not a PrintFactory dealer”, “he sales drugs” etc., their actions violated the rights of at least two companies, including a foreign entity – a software manufacturer, Tomasz person, as well as all our customers rights.

PrintFactory new version no.6.8.3.12005

08-01-2025r. On 1 January 2025, PrintFactory software producer released the latest version no. 6.8.3.12055. New functionality in the Editor program is in the View menu, useful transparent and coloured preview background, as well as skeleton preview.

On printfactory-dealer.pl we already have updated producer’s prices for SaaS licences of the software for PrintFactory and ProofMaster software for 2025 year, without our margin.

Similar to the time-based licences of other companies e.g. Adobe, PrintFactory offers licences: 1 month, monthly with quarterly fee, 1 year licence. In 2025, purchase of perpetual licences to be agreed.

Polish language of “Short ProofMaster user manual”

On 31 July 2024, Tomasz Siniak (PrintFactory dealer, FILE TO PRINT) make edition, translation from English to Polish language and update the next subpage “Short ProofMaster user manual” of the Polish version printfactory.cloud website leaded by the PrintFactory company. Since 23 July 2024 after receiving from PrintFactory a additional authorities, Tomasz Siniak performs language translation of the printfactory.cloud content, edition and update of the source texts and next will also update the Polish language version of the PrintFactory software interface.

We would like to point out that this translation is based on Tomasz’s practical experience of over 4 years in working with the ProofMaster RIP PrintFactory software, as well as the steps of configuration of printing devices, profile creation for the media and printing device (PMM), Queues, Device Link profiles and management of Spot spot colors in the PrintFactory – successor to ProofMaster are similary carried out.
