On 27 January 2025 and personally during RemaDays Warsaw fairs, the PrintFactory manufacturer was officially notified of unfair competition activities, carried out by strangers, who unlawfully disseminate false, harmful information to both parties.
In addition to our own sales activities, in accordance with the software manufacturer decision from April 2025, we are also continues the previous activities of another familiar Polish distributor, including handling of more than 100 true ProofMaster and PrintFactory’s former and active polish users, their active perpetual and periodic SaaS licenses for the software to specified printing devices, so for us it’s a high challenge and chance to development in the field of software area, perhaps employment of employees in the future.
We demand the arrest of the perpetrators of the multiple crime, the public announcement of criminal sentences in English and Polish, because due to the false information like “to high price”, “he has a ProofMaster seizured”, “he is not a PrintFactory dealer”, “he sales drugs” etc., their actions violated the rights of at least two companies, including a foreign entity – a software manufacturer, Tomasz person, as well as all our customers rights.
