BUSINESS COMPANY AUTOMATIC INK STAMP: Polan stamp 8 75×40 mm 10 lines
Type and colour of the automatic ink stamp, rubber stamp, as well as ink colour to be agreed.
Standard lead date up 1-3 business days, depending on the project complexity, the rubber size, number of pieces, as well as the time of delivery of both materials and parameters/information by customer.
The price of business ink stamp include a graphic design made from scratch. Automatic stamps by Wagraf company and other stamps.
Method of reception:
– foreign, local and domestic (in Poland) courier shipment – surcharge for the service.
Price does not include 23% VAT tax, cost of courier shipment. The EU customers with a valid EU VAT (VAT UE) number do not pay a VAT tax.
If you want to buy our products with courier shipment to different postal addresses, please send us a separate orders.
Before you send the order, please write us a message via email or via contact form.
1). For each job, please define separately the target parameters:
– preferred automatic ink stamp size (number of the lines),
– stamp orientation (vertical, horizontal),
– distance of vector objects and texts from the rubber edge,
– preferred automatic ink stamp colour,
– preferred ink type and colour (standard, quick dry ink etc.),
– number of pieces,
– deadline of self-pick up / delivery.
Please message us if you have an existing project in open files from the Adobe software (PC) with all attachments (vectors, fonts etc.) and you want to send them for preparation of i.e. a new language version based on an existing layout.
2). Please specify items that you want to have on the rubber of stamp.
3). Texts, contact details in text file or email content, logotype/logos in vector version, desired fonts, a scan/photo of the project dummy/mock-up, sample preview of earlier made graphic design or existing rubber photo – please send us as a attachments (to the 10 MB) or link to download to the written orders via email.

Accepted files for rubber preparation DOC, CDR (to 12 ver.), TIFF, JPG, AI, INDD, PSD (Adobe CC pc) or PDF files. TIFF, JPG – 1:1 format. 350 dpi resolution. Files should be prepared in CMYK colour space without additional profiles embedded, as a black color with value K(B)=100% or with embedded profile Grey Gamma 2.2, LZW compression or packaged ZIP. Project centered on the page.
Graphic designs based on an existing layout for preparation (edition, correction, update) should be sent as a composite PDF files or open Adobe CC / earlier version (PC) software files – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop with all necessary items, attached or embedded fonts, vectors etc., as a attachments (to the 10 MB) or link eg. Wetransfer to download to the written orders via email.
For term cooperation, we can create an FTP account for the customer.
To upload us the files above 10 Megabytes, you can use the WeTransfer service, which allows free transfer up to 2 Gigabytes. Go to the

website, select “I agree”, “I accept”, next “Add your files” or “Or select a folder”, add files, in the “Email to” field please type the recipient’s email, such as info(at)filetoprint.waw.pl in the “Your email” field type your email, you can also add a short message, then press the “Transfer” button.
Next you must to Verify your email. In the “Enter verification code” field, please type the code that you’ll receive from the WeTransfer service to your (sender’s) email address, and then press to “Verify” button.
When the upload is complete, the sender should receive an automatic message from the WeTransfer service. Recipient should receive the message with the link that was shared to download. Note! Shared links are active only for 7 days.
4). Please provide data for the delivery of stamp and invoice information. The natural person provide data without VAT (NIP) number.
5). After that you specified the conditions, you pay for the order, i.e. by PayPal (unless we determine the other rules of cooperation).
6). The order starts after:
a). customer has sent all the materials, as well as defined the target parameters necessary to complete the job,
b). payments receipt (unless we determine the other rules of cooperation).
7). Due date of the order performance is approximate and it is determined by its complexity, as well as the time of delivery of both materials and parameters/information by customer.
8). Before approving the job, customer shall receive a preview file in order to check its correctness, in particular the contact details, and to verify the entire content of the job. After having done so, customer shall send a written approval to an e-mail.
9). Each graphic project includes 3 free of charge corrections (not applicable to creation of graphic design from the beginning). These corrections include e.g. alteration of objects orientation, objects modification, colour changes, text edition, font changes etc.
10). Project approval is necessary rule to realize the order.
11). No complaints regarding the content shall be considered after the approval of a job.
12). Within the agreed period you will receive a product according to the order.
