Standard lead date up 1-7 business days, depending on the media type, as well as the time of delivery of both materials and parameters/information by customer.

Metod of reception:
– foreign, local and domestic (in Poland) courier shipment – surcharge for the service.
Price does not include 23% VAT tax, cost of courier shipment, graphic design preparation, stock photos, vectors, making photos of products, creating logotypes, drawing complex vector forms (e.g. figures, illustrations, pictograms, symbols, maps). The EU customers with a valid EU VAT (VAT UE) number do not pay a VAT tax.

1). For each job, please define separately the target parameters:
– project trimmed size,
– project orientation (vertical, horizontal),
– media type,
– number of projects,
– deadline of delivery.
2). Graphic designs for print should be sent as a composite PDF, TIFF, PNG, JPG files or open Adobe (PC) software files – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, with all necessary items, attached, embedded or converted to curves/outlines fonts, bitmaps, graphics, vectors etc. as a attachments (to the 10 MB) or link eg. Wetransfer to download to the written orders via email.

TIFF, PNG, JPG – 1:1 format. Jobs should be prepared in RGB, CMYK colour space. If the job contains spot colours, cutting die, varnish masks etc. – these components have to be precisely indicated (marked).
Preferred files to print without embedded profiles, varnishing masks, cutting dies, perforations, crease’s, if they doesn’t have to be printed.
If the graphic design is prepared on bleed, has a full-colored background, must be trimmed without white margins – bleed dimensions 3-5 mm on each side, 350 dpi resolution, CMYK colour space without additional profiles embedded or set profile Coated Fogra 39 ISO 12647-2:2004 (coated papers), black and white photos with embedded profile Grey Gamma 2.2, RGB colour space – AdobeRGB, sRGB, flattened without layers, LZW compression or packaged ZIP.
Project centered on the page, distance of graphic objects and texts from the cutting lines (trim size) minimum 3 mm, cutting lines in project behind the bleed box, bitmaps in CMYK colour space 8 bit mode per channel, fonts converted to curves/outlines.

To upload us the files above 10 Megabytes, you can use the WeTransfer service, which allows free transfer up to 2 Gigabytes. Go to the

website, select “I agree”, “I accept”, next “Add your files” or “Or select a folder”, add files, in the “Email to” field please type the recipient’s email, such as info(at)filetoprint.waw.pl in the “Your email” field type your email, you can also add a short message, then press the “Transfer” button.
Next you must to Verify your email. In the “Enter verification code” field, please type the code that you’ll receive from the WeTransfer service to your (sender’s) email address, and then press to “Verify” button.
When the upload is complete, the sender should receive an automatic message from the WeTransfer service. Recipient should receive the message with the link that was shared to download. Note! Shared links are active only for 7 days.
3). Please provide data for the delivery and invoice information. The natural person provide data without VAT (NIP) number.
4). After that you specified the conditions, you pay for the order, unless we determine the other rules of cooperation.
5). The order starts after:
a). customer has sent all the materials, as well as defined the target parameters necessary to complete the job,
b). payments receipt (unless we determine the other rules of cooperation).
6). Due date of the order performance is approximate and it is determined by its complexity, as well as the time of delivery of both materials and parameters/information by customer.
7). Within the agreed period you will receive a product according to the order.
