Standard lead date up to be agreed (between 5-10 business days), depending on files delivery time, payments receipt and the necessary data to execution of the orders.
Method of reception:
– delivery in Warsaw of Poland in price,
– foreign, domestic (in Poland) courier shipment – surcharge for the service,
Price does not include 23% VAT tax, cost of courier shipment, graphic design preparation. The EU customers with a valid EU VAT (VAT UE) number do not pay a VAT tax.
If you need to prepare a graphic designs to print – contact us, we also can prepare it for you. If you want to buy our products with courier shipment to different postal addresses, please send us a separate orders.
1). For each job, please define separately the target parameters:
– file names,
– colour space in file for production (RGB, CMYK, other),
– wall size,
– type of printing – single-sided or double-sided,
– number of projects,
– deadline of delivery.
2). Before sent us graphic design files – customer should approve the project, check its correctness, in particular the contact details, and to verify the entire content of the job. No complaints regarding the content shall be considered after the approval of a job.
3). Files to print – please sent as a attachments (to the 10 MB) or link eg. Wetransfer to download to the written orders via email.
Preferred files for printing high quality CMYK colour space, accepted PDF, TIFF, PNG, JPG (1:1 format).

If the textile wall must be printed on bleed size, have a full-colored background, must be trimmed without white margins – project bleed size must be prepared in 3976x1996mm size, 300 dpi resolution, CMYK colour space without additional profiles embedded or set profile Coated Fogra 39 ISO 12647-2:2004, RGB colour space – AdobeRGB, sRGB, black and white photos with embedded profile Grey Gamma 2.2, LZW compression or packaged ZIP, bitmaps in CMYK colour space 8 bit mode per channel.
To upload us the files above 10 Megabytes, you can use the WeTransfer service, which allows free transfer up to 2 Gigabytes. Go to the

website, select “I agree”, “I accept”, next “Add your files” or “Or select a folder”, add files, in the “Email to” field please type the recipient’s email, such as info(at)filetoprint.waw.pl in the “Your email” field type your email, you can also add a short message, then press the “Transfer” button.
Next you must to Verify your email. In the “Enter verification code” field, please type the code that you’ll receive from the WeTransfer service to your (sender’s) email address, and then press to “Verify” button.
When the upload is complete, the sender should receive an automatic message from the WeTransfer service. Recipient should receive the message with the link that was shared to download. Note! Shared links are active only for 7 days.
4). Please provide data for the delivery of roll-ups and invoice information.
5). After that you specified the conditions, you pay for the order, unless we determine the other rules of cooperation.
6). The order starts after:
a). customer has sent all the materials, as well as defined the target parameters necessary to complete the job,
b). payments receipt (unless we determine the other rules of cooperation).
7). Due date of the order performance is approximate and it is determined by its complexity, as well as the time of delivery of both materials and parameters/information by customer.
8). Within the agreed period you will receive a mounthed straight textile fabric wall according to the order.
